If you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it has been longer than 7 business days, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**The customer is responsible for the delivery fees of the returned product.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order you must email us at: sales@flandersdiamondsth.com. within 5 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production on them they cannot be cancelled.

If your orders are shipped. and you want to cancel your order please do it before we ship. You will be responsible for all costs involved in the refund process.

 

 DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

** Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
