SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for all of our jewellery products. Shipping times may vary based on your geographical location. As each piece of jewellery is handcrafted to order, please allow between 4 and 10 days for production prior to shipment from our studio located in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic orders are dispatched via Thailand Post. Customers will receive notifications regarding the status of their delivery via email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided in the delivery confirmation email, allowing for the easy monitoring of your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

International shipping
All Flanders Diamonds TH orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand

  • We utilise Malca-Amit and FedEx for international shipments, and tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your package is prepared for shipment.
  • Please verify that your address is accurate, as we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or loss of packages resulting from incorrect address details.
  • For express shipping, which typically takes 3 to 5 days, rates are calculated at checkout and may differ significantly depending on the destination address and country.


Please note that international shipments may go through customs clearance procedures, which can lead to additional delays that are beyond our control. Your local government may impose import duties, taxes, and fees, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

TAXES AND DUTIES

International orders may incur import duties and/or taxes, which will be applied once the package reaches your destination country. We are unable to calculate the specific amount of duties and taxes applicable to your package, as these charges are determined directly by your local customs authority.
