Domestic orders are shipped with Thailand Post. You will be notified the status of your delivery via email once your order has been despatched. Orders can be traced through the tracking number shown on your delivery confirmation email.

We offer worldwide shipping for all of our jewellery products. Our shipping times may vary depending on your location. Every jewellery is handcrafted to order please allow 4-10 days for your piece to be made before it is shipped to you from our studio in Bangkok, Thailand.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All Flanders Diamonds TH orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand
- We use Malca-Amit and FedEx for international shipments.
- We will provide tracking numbers as soon as the package is ready to ship.
- Please ensure your address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages to due to an incorrect address.
- For express shipping within 3-5 days rates are calculated at checkout and can vary widely depending on the address and country
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. Import duties, taxes, and fees may also be charged by your local government, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reached your country. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
